KELSDSGN ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the KELSDSGN Client Portal and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you use the Client Portal, we may collect the following:

• Your email address, used to verify your identity and send a one-time access code.
• Project details you've submitted through our inquiry form, stored securely in our database.
• Basic session data held in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Verify you are an authorized KELSDSGN client before granting portal access.
• Communicate with you about your active project.
• Deliver one-time verification codes via email.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Project and client data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database, a Google Cloud service. One-time verification codes are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after use or expiry (10 minutes). We do not store passwords.

Cookies & Session Storage

The portal uses browser session storage (not cookies) to maintain your authenticated session. This data is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab. We do not use tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the portal:

• Firebase (Google) — database storage
• Resend — email delivery for verification codes
• Netlify — hosting and serverless functions

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@workwithkellys.fun. We will respond within 7 business days.
