By accessing the KELSDSGN Client Portal, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this portal.

Access & Eligibility

The Client Portal is exclusively available to individuals who have an active or completed project agreement with KELSDSGN. Access is granted on a per-project basis and is non-transferable.

• You must use the email address associated with your KELSDSGN inquiry to verify your identity.
• Sharing your access credentials or verification codes with others is strictly prohibited.
• Guests must use the specific invite link provided by KELSDSGN — guest access via the public portal is not permitted.

Permitted Use

You may use the portal solely to:

• Review project materials, deliverables, and updates related to your active project.
• Communicate with KELSDSGN through provided channels.
• Access documents, files, and information that KELSDSGN has shared with you.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Attempt to access rooms or projects that are not assigned to you.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any content from the portal without written permission.
• Share, distribute, or reproduce any project materials without explicit authorization from KELSDSGN.
• Use the portal for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables, designs, assets, and content shared through the portal remain the intellectual property of KELSDSGN until full payment has been received, as outlined in your signed contract. Upon final payment, ownership transfers as agreed in the contract terms.

Confidentiality

All information shared within the portal — including but not limited to project briefs, design work in progress, and internal communications — is confidential. You agree not to disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent from KELSDSGN.

Termination of Access

KELSDSGN reserves the right to revoke portal access at any time, with or without notice, if these terms are violated or the project relationship has ended.

Limitation of Liability

The portal is provided "as is." KELSDSGN is not liable for any data loss, technical issues, or downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
